Company History

The Company started its commercial operation in the field of business investment in back in 1992, and currently located on Sahid Sudirman Center Floor 55th, Jl. Jend. Sudirman No.86, Central Jakarta.

Starting from August 2011, the company purchased 51% of PT.Sanggraha Dhika which is the owner and manager of the REDTOP Hotel, located on Jalan Pecenongan No. 72, Central Jakarta.

    The Company was established under the name PT Artha Securities Prima.

  • 1992

    Began commercial operation, with scope of activity as a securities company.

  • 2002

    • The Company changed its name to PT Artha Securities Tbk.

    • The Company conducted initial public offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with ARTA ticker symbol.

  • 2005

    • The Company obtained Effective Statement from the Chairman of the Capital Market and Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Bapepam) to conduct Rights Issue of new shares.

    • The Company changed its name to PT Arthavest Tbk.


  • Acquired PT Sanggraha Dhika

  • 2011

    The Company acquired 51% shares in PT Sanggraha Dhika.

  • 2012

    The Company relocated its office to Pecenongan Road No. 72, Ruko Atap Merah Complex, Central Jakarta.

  • 2017

    The Company and PT Solusi Net International established a joint venture company PT Sentral Pembayaran Indonesia (SPiN) engaging in the fields of payment system and payment gateway.

  • 2018

    The Company relocated its office to Sahid Sudirman Center Floor 55th, Jl. Jend. Sudirman No.86, Central Jakarta.
