Nomination and Remuneration

The Company does not established Nomination and Remuneration Committee, however, remuneration function and procedure are executed by the Board of Commissioners which has been granted authority by the GMS.

The formulation of the remuneration system based on the principles:

• In accordance with the legislation in the field of taxation and labor force.
• The Company provides a different remuneration for members of the Board of Directors of the Company are performing best.
• Determination of remuneration follows the principle of “pay for performance” in which the Company values members of the Board of Directors corresponding contribution to the Company.
