General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) is the supreme authority of the Company, which authority cannot be given to the Board or the Commissioner and other parties within the limits specified in the law or the articles of association of the Company. In the GMS, there are important decisions related to the investment of shareholders that could have a significant impact to the entire Company’s operation.
Board of Commissioners has the duty and responsibility for overseeing the Company's management policies, ensuring the Company's articles have been implemented as appropriate, impose AGM decisions, and provide advice to the Board of Directors in accordance with the purposes and objectives of the Company. Board of Commissioners consisting of 2 persons, 1 persons president commissioner and 1 person independent commissioner who is experienced professionals as leaders in diverse areas of business.

The Board of Directors is authorized and responsible for managing the Company in accordance with the intent and purpose, as well as representing the Company in accordance with the articles of association. Duties and responsibilities of the Board of Directors is to manage the daily activities of the Company, to implement the principles, policies, strategies, values and objectives of performance that has been approved by the Board of Commissioners. Board of Directors of the Company consists of three Directors who are experienced professionals in various fields of business.
