Corporate Social Responsibility 2025

As a responsible corporate citizen, the Company is committed to upholding its corporate social responsibility (CSR) to all stakeholders and the general public in the environment where it operates. This commitment is in accordance with the Government Regulation No. 47/2012 on Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility of Limited Liability Companies, which is the implementing regulation of the Article 74 of Law No. 40/2007 on Limited Liability Companies.

ANNIVERSARY REDTOP HOTEL 30TH

30 years of Redtop Hotel Jakarta's journey was celebrated with togetherness and joy. The event was enlivened by various exciting competitions such as samyang eating contest, tampah hook race, cardboard running race, sarong relay, and money scooping, full of cheerfulness and teamwork. Not only internally, as a form of social care, Redtop Hotel also distributed gift packages and rice boxes to orphanages and motorists passing in front of the hotel. Through this series of activities, it is hoped that the spirit of togetherness, solidarity, and care will grow stronger towards a better future.

APAR TRAINING ( 24 August 2025 )

In an effort to increase awareness and preparedness against potential fires, Redtop Hotel Jakarta conducted fire extinguisher (APAR) training for employees. This activity provided an understanding of the types of fire extinguishers, proper usage techniques, and initial fire handling steps. It is expected that through this training, all employees can act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations, creating a safe and conducive work environment.

QURBAN IDUL ADHA ( 06 June 2025 )

In commemoration of Eid al-Adha on June 6, 2025, Redtop Hotel Jakarta carried out the slaughtering and distribution of sacrificial animals as a form of social care and the spirit of sharing. Through this activity, it is hoped that the values of sincerity, togetherness, and care can be maintained and become part of the work culture.

HOTEL STAR CERTIFICATION ( 10 July 2025 )

Redtop Hotel maintained and obtained star certification as a form of recognition of its commitment to maintaining service quality, facilities, and operational standards in accordance with the hospitality industry regulations.

Afternoon Tea with GM became a platform for open communication between management and all employees of Redtop Hotel Jakarta. In a relaxed yet meaningful atmosphere, staff were given the opportunity to provide input, share experiences, and discuss various operational challenges faced. Through this activity, it is hoped to create stronger synergy, increase employee engagement, and encourage continuous improvement for more optimal service.
